About Job
Developing and executing of laboratory work plans/schedules by using customer milestones and Site /division performance metrics and standards.Authoring protocols, Operating procedures , test methods , batch records, technical reports & operating procedures
Reviewing protocols, Operating procedures , test methods , batch records, technical reports & operating procedures for regulatory compliance , thoroughness and accuracy.
Training others on personal development , issues related to business ,technical development.
Managing work of technical staff including performance management , work assignments.
Role as Project Technical Lead with responsibility for outcome of project and interaction with customers.
Knowledge of roller compaction, high-shear granulation, encapsulation , fluid-bed technology, compression
Recommending & Identifying business opportunities on a project specific basis
Having advanced knowledge of the principles, theories and concepts that are applicable to a wide range of work in pharmaceutics with knowledge in other disciplines.
Applying technical and functional knowledge to assist in project /experiment design that will enable the department to meet the required goals.
