Governament Jobs : Pharmacist Recruitment in IGMCRI
INDIRA GANDHI MEDICAL COLLEGE & RESEARCH INSTITUTE puducherry invites applications from the eligible Indian citizens, who are the Natives / Residents of the Union Territory of Puducherry for filling up of the vacancies in the below mentioned posts on contract basis at consolidated monthly wages as indicated against each.
Total posts: 16 (GEN-11 SC-2 MBC-2 OBC-1)
Salary : 18800/-
Educational qualification required
i) Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized Institute / University or equivalent degree
ii) Registered Pharmacist under the Pharmacist Act, 1948
Age Limit prescribed: Not exceeding 32 years
Terms and Conditions
a) The Candidates will be engaged on contract basis initially for a period of 12 months. Extension of contract from time to time subject to the performance of the candidate to be assessed by the Institution.
b) The contract agreement does not confer any right to regular appointment and this contract is subject to the following conditions:-
(i) They are not entitled to leave of any kind other than casual leave of 1 day for every completed month of service and regular holidays and public holidays.
(ii) They are not entitled to any service benefits like pension, invalid pension, gratuity, bonus and other benefits of retirement etc.
(iii) The service rendered by them will not be considered for the purpose of promotion and seniority or for any other benefit under other Service Rules.
(iv) Their services may be terminated by this Institution after issue of one month notice, if their services are not upto the expected standard or for any other specific reasons. if they do not want to continue ,They may also discontinue their services after giving one month notice
Eligibility Conditions:
a) The maximum age limit prescribed is mentioned in col.no.6. as on 31october 2018, which is the last date of receipt of applications.
b) The candidates who had already applied (proof to be produced) for the posts pursuant to this Institute’s Notification dated 19/11/2014 and crossed the age limit prescribed are also eligible to apply afresh. Age relaxation will be considered in their cases, in the event of their selection.
Nativity / Residence:
Both Residents and Natives should have been residing continuously for 5 years in the Puducherry Union Territory prior to the date of application. The old Nativity/Residence certificates already obtained from the Department of Revenue and Disaster Management, Puducherry and Permanent Integrated Certificate (PIC) issued by the Competent Authority will be accepted. However, fresh certificate should be produced during their selection.
Application fee:
Amount of Rs. 250/- towards application fee (non-refundable) should be submitted along with the filled application in the form of DD (Demand Draft) / Banker’s Cheque drawn in favour of the Director, IGMC&RI, Puducherry at any nationalized Bank.
