Summary of job: He/She shall be responsible for dispensing drugs and maintaining of records. He/She shall also be responsible for the managing data & reporting of the RBSK in the area specified to them. Applicants should have proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi and English languages. Computer knowledge and skills related to documentation is must for this post.
Qualification: Candidate must possess B.Pharm degree (Bachelor of Pharmacy) from recognized colleges/universities. Applicant must have valid registration with Pharmacy council of Gujarat.
Age Limit: maximum age limit prescribed is of 40 years.
Fixed Salary : 11,500/-
Duties and responsibilities of selected candidates will include:
1. Visiting school and Anganwadi Centers daily(working days) for screening the children with team as per the action plan. He/She is responsible for dispensing drugs with the help of Female Health Workers as per Essential Drugs List.
2. He/She will be responsible for dispensing of drugs ; stocks maintainance and informing concerned authority well in advance about drugs which are near expiry.
3. He /She will be responsible for online data entry work(daily) of RBSK.
4. He /She will be responsible for timely preparing and submitting reports in the prescribed format.
5. Ensure proper maintenance of registers and records etc. of medicines, instruments, , stationeries , books etc.
6. Maintaining record of team
7. Maintaining Record of any unexpected health events in area and reporting same to the THO.
8. Completing Any other work assigned either by the Chief District Health Officer (CDHO) or above cadre officers from time to time.
9. Pharmacist has to Perform any duty assigned by higher authorities during emergency and epidemics
