National Health Mission(NHM), Nabarangpur is inviting applications from eligible candidates on contract basis.Remuneration is subjected to renewal as per OSH &FW Society norms and conditions.

Total posts : 08 [SC -3 (W-l) ST -5 (W-2)]
Remuneration : Rs.11011 /+ PI
Eligibility :
• Diploma in pharmacy(D.pharm) from a recognized Institute/University and approved by Pharmacy Council of India(PCI)
Should have registered under Odisha State Pharmacy Council. Desirable: - Computer skill (MS Office).
• Candidate should be above 21 years and below 32 years age as on 1st of October 2018 and the upper age limit prescribed will be relaxable for maximum of 5 years if a candidate belongs to SC / ST or Women or ex-service man.
• Candidate belonging to more than one category shall avail the benefit of age relaxation which will be benefited to him/her.
General information and Instructions:
i. The above positions are purely contractual and temporary and co-terminus with the scheme. Canvassing in any form will make the candidate disqualified for the position.
ii. Candidates can download Details of vacancy, eligibility criteria, date of birth application forms etc. from the district website (nabarangpur.nic.in).
iii. Candidates, who are working in governament or any other establishment need to submit Experience cum No Objection certificate from concerned employer issued after the date of publication of advertisement for the specified post only.
Iv. Application duly signed by the applicant along with self attested copies of all required documents shall however be sent to the “CDM & PHO-cum-District Mission Director, District HQs Hospital, Nabarangpur, At-Rangmatiguda PO/Dt:- Nabarangpur Pin:764059, Odisha so as to reach the authorities on or before 05/11/2018 (by 5.00 P.M.) through Regd. Post / Speed Post only and the envelope containing the application should be superscribed clearly name of the post applied for Applications received after prescribed date and time will be rejected and will not be opened.
v. Incomplete application form will be rejected.
vi. No other supplementation, addition of document for any submitted application will be entertained. Suppression of any fact or false information if subsequently found out will lead to termination of appointment along with criminal action against the person concerned.
vii. This office is not responsible for any postal delay. No personal correspondence / queries will be entertained after last date . All communication will be made through e-mail / District website/Postal.
